fantastic, fantastic, fantastic
The location was fantastic! So much to do and see and eat in the immediate area. I really appreciated that they provided a fan for use since there was no ac in the rooms. It was also extremely helpful that they had drinkable water available in the lobby at all times.

Room with a view worth enjoying
The communal area was a delight, with free drinkable water and a coffee station. A lovely spot for morning reflections, blending comfort with local charm.
However, the absence of air conditioning was felt during hot nights, and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep well.

Dude, the vegetarian couscous was straight-up fuego! Also, the complimentary tea and coffee were clutch after my epic taco tour. The courtyard vibe is super chill, making you forget you’re in a bustling city.
Okay, so the stairs were a bit of a trek, and room cleaning took a backseat the last few days. Thankfully, the fans kept things manageable while they figure out air conditioning. Still, everything else totally popped!

The staff were like friends, not just hotel staff.
My experience at Santa Casa was challenging. The noise from a nearby bar was unbearable, making it hard to sleep even with earplugs. I was also disappointed by the dingy room furnishings. they felt cheap and didn't match the price we paid.

10/10
The bed was giant and comfy, just what I needed after a day steppin’ out in the city. The folks runnin’ the place are top-notch, like family! Water station was a sweet touch, savin’ me some pesos. Don’t miss the free coffee in the mornin'! Really liked those chill vibes in the courtyard.

Fantastic location with cozy vibes
I really loved the beautiful room with large windows and a comfy bed. The area is vibrant and has so many amazing restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient for exploring. However, there was no air conditioning, which made it a bit warm at times, and a fan would’ve helped to keep things cooler.
